Invisalign is a modern day teeth straightening system that uses a series of removable, comfortable, clear and invisible aligners to gently straighten your teeth.
The Invisalign system and technology can be fitted at our Solihull dental clinic and has been designed to:

How Does
Invisalign Work?
Invisalign technology and treatments at our Solihull dental clinic will consist of a series of aligners that will gradually align and straighten your teeth. Each aligner will roughly be worn for two weeks before you start wearing the next in the series (exact times will vary from patient to patient). Each aligner in the series will be slightly different to the last and will gently apply more pressure to the teeth that are being straightened.
Though the aligners are removable, they will need to be worn day and night and to only be removed for:
- Brushing
- Flossing
- Eating
- Drinking
Please note: By not consistently wearing your aligners, your teeth can start to move back to their original position and treatment times can take considerably longer.

I discovered the one clinic whilst searching periodontal treatments in my area on google…I felt no pain just a small amount of discomfort, he reassured me throughout in a professional and caring manner….The caring and considerate attitude of all involved showed that they cared for my dental health past present and future. I asked about future treatments, and DR Nissen advised me according to my needs .At no point, did I feel that the costs involved were the main aim but that his genuine concern was to help me gain control of my dental health.
I have been using Ascent Dental for the 3 years, during that time I have had a range of treatments including fillings, an extraction under sedation, Damon braces, teeth whitening and contouring. I honestly think this dentist is amazing everybody is so friendly and they are quick to get your treatment sorted after your initial consultation. I had braces fitted upper and lower and they were done so quickly they obviously know what they’re doing!! I love my braces and I’m so glad I went with ascent. I just wish I had done it years ago! Put off visiting a dentist for some years and need a host of work undertaking. Laura and her assistant Georgie were great. Very professional and compassionate about relieving my anxiety about visiting a dentist. A friendly vibe throughout all the staff creates a relaxed atmosphere I’d reccomend to anyone.
