The All on 4 dental implant system is based on having 2 straight implants placed in the anterior and two angled implants placed in the posterior of the jaw, which securely supports an immediate fully loaded arch of teeth.
I first had dental treatment (implant & veneer) with Faresh in May 2013. It was a years worth of treatment and the end result was so natural looking. As my bottom teeth weren’t the straightest, I decided to have a brace fitted with Gursh. After just over 17 weeks, I had my brace removed yesterday (25/8/14) and for me, it was a Hollywood reveal. My TEETH ARE AMAZING!!!

Diagnostics
- X-rays and impressions will be used in order to make replica model of your jaw
- We will make a removable denture with the desired setup of teeth, to be then transformed into a 3D template
- On some cases we will create a virtual 3D mock up of your jaw with a CT scan, to diagnose your bone density and locations of nerves & sinuses

Implant Placement
- We will use local anaesthetic or sedation to place the implants
- After your implants have been placed there will be a healing process which can take around 3 months for them to integrate with the jawbone
Provisional Restoration
- After we have successfully placed the implants we will immediately attach a provisional denture (prosthesis) to be worn during the healing period
Permanent Restoration
- After the healing period (around 3 months) we will have you back in to securely fit your permanent teeth
- Depending on your needs we can fit removable (e.g. overdentures attached with an implant bar etc) or fixed teeth (e.g. implant bridge with cemented crowns etc) solutions

Patient wanted a solution to replace their missing teeth allowing them to improve the appearance of their smile and also to help aid eating. Unhealthy teeth that were unrepairable were removed, and then same day implant treatment was carried out.
Replaced Upper Denture
With 6 Implants
Patient presented with failing and missing teeth. He requested a fixed solution to replace his upper denture and restore his smile. We provided a same day smile with 6 implants. After the healing phase the final upper porcelain bridge was fitted.

I have been treated by Dr Faresh Desai and I have found him to be very skilled technically and someone who has extremely high standards with regard to his treatment and the appearance of the finnished product.
