Where Can I Get My Teeth Whitened Cheaply In Birmingham?

Arrange your free consultation today!

Teeth whitening is a common procedure which involves changing the natural colour of the teeth so that they seem whiter, without doing any kind of damage to the surface of the teeth. If you want to get whiter teeth in the Birmingham area, then our dentist team can offer you advice and simple procedures that will help to ensure that you get a perfect, white smile. There are several options available to you, some of which you can do at home with our help, and some of which requires in house treatment.

Home treatments

The most common type of teeth whitening service used by Birmingham patients is home whitening. This can involve either buying DIY kits for use in the home, which we don’t recommend and which can leave you disappointed and with damage to your teeth. These DIY kits are often cheap and don’t whiten all of your teeth, or all of individual teeth. Our recommended method is instead Dentist Supervised home whitening. In this process, we create moulds of your teeth which are used to create trays that fit closely to your teeth, rather like a gum shield. We supply you with the whitening gel, which you put into the trays and use during the day. This type of whitening can be done comfortably at home, and you don’t have to worry about getting all of the teeth, since our bespoke trays will ensure that you cover every part of the enamel evenly.

Laser whitening

Our dentist team can also offer laser teeth whitening services to Birmingham patients. In this process, sometimes also known as chair-side whitening, we do all of the work during the appointment. We start the process by covering the surface of your teeth with a whitening gel, which is applied to the teeth evenly. The gel is left for a few minutes, and then we take a light and shine it onto the gel. This speeds up the time it takes for the teeth to whiten, so that the teeth are whitened for when you leave the practice. We take care to protect your teeth and gums by using a cloth to cover the gums, preventing any of the whitening gel from affecting your gums. If you want to know more about this process, or about the tray whitening process, just call us and book your free consultation today.
